Natasa Prodanovic is the Group Talent Director at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company – one of the world’s largest bottlers and partners of The Coca-Cola Company.
Natasa is an award-winning professional with a strong focus on continuous improvement. During 16 years of professional career in HR, she has gained critical experience through different roles, from Business Partnering to building Talent CoE.
Natasa supports her company in delivering its talent-centric strategy, by leading and transforming different talent areas, running highly effective Talent Acceleration programmes and building high performing teams. Being responsible for End-to-End Talent Processes enables great integration and standardisation of top talent practices in Coca-Cola HBC Business Units spread across Europe, Asia and Africa.
Natasa graduated in psychology and psychotherapy and has been expanding her knowledge through different Leadership and HR courses from IMD Business School, IEDC Bled School of Management, and the University of Michigan.
