Agnieszka has 14 years of experience in different areas of HR. She spent the last 4 years in Global HR at ING including Performance Management and Leadership Development. She is currently responsible for new leadership capabilities at ING.

Throughout her career she has developed a strong focus on performance and development inc coaching, mentoring and specific learning programs for managers and high potentials.

Agnieszka holds a MSc. in Cross-cultural Psychology. She is also a certified coach.
