Anna is an experienced international HR and Talent Management professional with significant experience in Learning and Development. She has over 20 years in designing, managing and facilitating learning programmes as well as HR operations and strategic development within global organisations in the UK and internationally.

In her current role at Nestlé, Anna is part of the Corporate Talent team transforming HR and leading the design and implementation of global learning and development solutions (over 150 markets – 330,000 employees) across the functions and Nestlé businesses.   

Anna has worked in a senior HR position for the Aga Khan Agency for Microfinance, part of the Aga Khan Development Network based in Geneva, Switzerland (www.akdn.org) She has been instrumental in delivering HR best practice and senior management leadership initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders and field-based teams for roll-out over 13 countries.

Previously, Anna worked for WS Atkins plc (www.atkinsglobal.com and set up the Learning and Development function in the Middle East and India for over 2,500 employees made up of 56 different nationalities. Working closely with the MD and executive team she designed and developed large-scale talent management & HR initiatives, including a further learning & management programme for engineers, which was awarded formal accreditation from the UK professional engineering institutions.

Prior to this, Anna worked for Jones Lang LaSalle (www.jll.com) as an associate director based in London, where she designed and led the implementation of a series of talent management and HR solutions across UK and European portfolios.

Anna is British, married with one son, and divides her time between homes in Hamburg, Germany and Vevey, Switzerland.
