Head Learning And Development
Michael Renaudin is head of Learning and Organisational Development and a Knowledge Management Officer at Swissmedic. He is responsible for the company’s leadership development programme as well as for the cultural shift towards a learning organisation. Michael Renaudin also lectures in Leadership and Knowledge Management at various educational institutions in Switzerland and advises managers and organisations on issues such as knowledge and culture. He studied Social Anthropology and Sociology at Bern University, followed by post-graduate studies in Human Resources and Human Resources Leadership in Basel and Zürich.
