FROM CONCEPTS TO ACTION: HOW TO DEVELOP INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP

MASTERMIND

15 Jan, Wednesday, 17:00 CET

A key goal for most organisations, inclusivity can be vague and difficult to measure. In this Mastermind, each participant can share their challenges with peers and benefit from honest feedback and advice. Together, we can determine which concepts are more or less effective, and how to design successful diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Questions we propose to tackle together:*:
What is the link between diversity and inclusion and how can organisations align around a shared definition of diversity?
How should we understand stereotypes – including auto and meta stereotypes?
What are the effects of unconscious biases, including positive ones like the halo effect and in-group bias?
Finally, how do we measure progress? What are the advantages and disadvantages of quotas vs. objectives? What are the challenges in using KPIs?

*We aim for this to be a personalised session and welcome any question or challenge that you would like to discuss the group. A submission form will be sent to the confirmed participants prior to the meeting.
