Alan Whiteside, head of Syngenta’s Global 3PM Academy, will showcase a training (baselining) exercise for the Academy which resulted in a new 3PM training framework for key training offers aligned to four axes of scrutiny (copyright protected). The training framework also offers a number of electives for delegates who would like further subject-matter expertise in key areas such as project leadership, risk management, the basics of agile, etc. This case study will focus on:
