If the best way to predict the future is to create it, we must all learn to lead change from wherever we are. Inspired by one of UC Berkeley Haas’ Defining Leadership Principles, this talk inspires and equips participants to become changemakers who have the courage and resilience necessary to question the status quo. Bringing an innovation lens to topics like risk, failure and self-renewal, UC Berkeley faculty member Alex Budak will help participants see how culture can be a catalyst for change and deliver actionable steps for becoming a changemaker ready and able to take action for positive change.
