LEADERSHIFT: 1 YEAR PROGRAM AND 500 PEOPLE LEARNING WHAT WE DID NOT PLAN TO LEARN
In anticipation of launching the next strategy plan – Ambition 2025 – the board, leadership, and management teams of Belfius embarked on a one-year learning journey called LeaderShift. Every month, an expedition of 40 executives is able to trigger a leadership thinking shift. When learning is deep and involves personal development, there is only so much you can plan for. And we eventually ended up learning things we did not plan to learn or even imagine before.
