Managing Through Disruption: the Rising Importance of the Team
Gallup has been tracking cultural trends within organisations and in the general working populations around the world during the past six months. Central to these trends is the rising importance of the team (including the manager). Strong teams create resilient organisations and employees who easily bounce back and weak teams create burnout and a lack of competitiveness. We will also discuss the drivers of great teams during times of disruption, and the implications for the success of remote teams, upskilling programs, and the future of the team.
