The profound lie of the industrial revolution: to produce or to flourish, you have to choose. Either you are productive but depressive, or you flourish but are economically non-existent. Through concrete examples and scientific demonstrations, we propose a management model the "Love Can Do matrix" (CentraleSupélec, TEDx, Fondapol 2014) to reconcile productivity and development, and we explain how it works in cases ranging from Tesla to Wallace Chan.
