Responding to an Evolving L&D Landscape: How Do We Reach Out to and Engage New Learners with Analytics
The session will offer practical views on how the OECD deployed learning analytics with the goal of supporting its three-tier L&D strategy. The participants will be guided through the core analytics in place, including the challenges at stake in reconciling various systems and a multiplicity of learning environments. They will also begin with a clear vision on the strategy: how learning analytics contribute to identifying engagement challenges and developing learning approaches that constitute appropriate forms of support in each competency area, as well as supporting specified diversity objectives.
