In order to build a sustainable learning culture, HR and L&D practitioners have various modalities and technologies available on the market to drive the right behaviours across any organisation. These include scalable learning series where content can be “dripped” to team members for sustainable learning and long-term growth. This session will highlight a case study at LinkedIn where sales team members were exposed to external industry trends, product knowledge, and skill development modules over a period of 13 weeks. The mixed model approach will showcase the ways in which organisational objectives and a continuous learning mindset can be fostered.
