Our Learning Future - How the L&D Function Will Need to Innovate between Now and 2030!

16-Jan-2018 13:30 - 15:40

Participants at this workshop will find themselves projected into the year 2030, when the L&D function is dead. What happened and how can we prevent this from happening (or does it need to happen!)?  What will learning involve in 2030; what new technologies will assist learning; what competencies will require particular focus; how is lifelong learning influencing the learning process; and how do we need to rethink pedagogies for the 21st century? In small groups we will collaboratively work on these questions using a design thinking approach to understand how to transform the learning function of today.
