In this challenging 'new world' the need for exceptional and smart leadership is more critical than ever. But what constitutes 'Smart Leadership'? How do leaders take care of those living with fear and insecurity, those who are exhausted and in virtual isolation, while still driving their people forward to get the results that are needed on a commercial level? Do the times call for a new kind of leadership and, if so, what does that look like? In this highly engaging, interactive and dynamic workshop attendees will be able to participate in exploring the most important characteristics and skills required of 'Smart Leaders'. The conversations will be enabled by skilled facilitators using a few simple, easy to use and fun tools. Participants will enjoy being part of the deliberations and the outcomes!
