Courage in Times of Radical Change

14-Jan-2026 12:00 - 13:00

Change isn’t only constant - it’s highly accelerated! Change initiatives don’t fail because of a lack of strategy—they fail when courage runs out. In this interactive workshop, Jerry Pico and Els Van de Water invite participants to explore why it’s so difficult for people to adapt to changes and how courageous leadership can inspire people in times of drastic change. Drawing on concrete examples and hands-on exercises, the session focuses on building self-awareness, taking intentional action, and strengthening connection. Participants will leave with practical tools to lead with courage, motivate others, and create the conditions needed to drive sustainable change in today’s complex and evolving environments.
