A Collective Design Lab for Organizational Capabilities in an AI World

4-Jun-2026 16:00 - 17:00

In this hands-on workshop participants will work in small groups to explore how L&D and Executive Education can help organizations develop and sustain key capabilities in environments shaped by rapid technological change. Using a simple capability architecture framework (looking at elements such as people, processes, technology, and governance), groups would first map how a capability could be developed and supported through learning systems. The exercise would then introduce a realistic organizational disruption (for instance a merger, an economic shock, or a shift in technology strategy), inviting participants to stress-test and rethink their approach. The objective is to spark discussion and collective reflection on how learning systems can help organizations remain adaptive under changing conditions.
