[KEYNOTE] Beyond Upskilling: Generative Leadership and the Human Side of AI
5-Jun-2026 9:20 - 9:50
Most AI strategies focus on tools, use cases, and skills. Yet adoption often stalls for a different reason: how people feel about the change. Left unaddressed, fear and uncertainty quietly shape behavior—creating hesitation, resistance, and fragmented progress. Generative leadership brings this missing layer into focus. This session will explore how leaders can move beyond isolated adoption to build real organizational capability by shaping how people engage with AI through confidence, curiosity, and shared purpose.
