L&D hasn't failed. The world fundamentally changed around it. It's time to rebuild. That's the premise of this interactive workshop — and the starting point of the 2026 Global Learning Transformation Benchmark, recently published by NIIT and St. Charles Consulting Group. The L&D leaders we surveyed were remarkably clear: they know where to go. The problem is execution. The system. What are the invisible forces keeping our well-intentioned L&D functions locked in the status quo? Everyone has a strategy. Not everyone has the architecture to deliver it.
