Prof. Dr. Dr. Matthias Ehrhardt is Founder and CEO of the Autoris Leadership Institute, and a professor, executive coach, and researcher with dual PhDs in Law and Art History and a background in media psychology. He teaches at some of the world’s leading business schools; among other appointments, he teaches in IESE Business School’s Leadership Coaching Program and has served as Academic Paper Chair at the Columbia University Coaching Conference.

His work focuses on leadership and talent development, with particular expertise in designing assessments and frameworks that foster measurable growth. A core interest is applying artificial intelligence to make leadership and learning scalable and accessible.

Matthias is also the founder of the Leadership Alliance, which extends these approaches to rising communities worldwide. Recent projects include supporting women entrepreneurs in Kenya and the Congo with AI-based tools and coaching. His clients include global corporations, family businesses, startups, and several unicorn founders he has coached through successful exits.
