Nina Haber is Head of Learning & Development at SumUp, where she leads the global strategy for SumUp University, supporting 4,000 employees across multiple regions. With over 20 years of experience spanning corporate and startup environments, she has held senior roles in global HR, talent, and leadership development.

Before joining SumUp, Nina founded two consultancies and led award-winning initiatives, including Babbel Academy, which earned the HR Excellence Award for its innovative approach to learning. In 2024, she received the MERIT Award in Dubai for her work in global people development with an Infosys-owned agency.

She brings a strong focus on aligning HR with business growth, guiding post-merger integrations, and building high-performance cultures. A certified leadership coach and advocate of experiential learning, she founded Zügelführung, a programme using horse-assisted training to foster self-awareness and team effectiveness.

Nina holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School, a Master’s in Journalism and Politics and a Diploma in Business Administration. She lives near Berlin with her family and competes at the national level in dressage riding.
