Reem Algasim is an award-winning HR and currently the Head of HR at Airbus Saudi Arabia. She has led strategic HR transformation across leading multinational organizations, driving people strategy, organizational development, and leadership enablement to align business growth with cultural adaptability. She was recently featured in The CIO Times for her pioneering work in employee-led culture change, DEI, and AI-enabled HR strategy. Reem has spoken at HRSE, Talent World, and CRF, ETHR, and teaching MBA-level HR strategy at Grenoble École de Management. Her leadership blends organizational behaviour, people analytics, and cultural fluency, helping organizations humanize transformation while aligning with national and global imperatives like Vision 2030 and sustainability. She is the first Saudi woman to hold a regional HR role for her global company and was recognized twice as Women HR Leader of the Year 2024.
