As a Director of Human Resources at Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI), Abdulrahman oversees the full spectrum of HR strategy and operations — from workforce planning and organization development to talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development. He plays a key role in aligning human capital initiatives with the company’s long-term objectives and national priorities, ensuring a high-performing and future-ready workforce.
Prior to joining SAMI, Abdulrahman served in multiple leadership roles within the telecommunications and technology industry, where he led large-scale transformation programs focused on organization design, talent empowerment, and workforce agility. His career reflects a consistent focus on integrating people, performance, and innovation to drive sustainable business growth.
Abdulrahman holds a Master in Management from Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship (MBSC), and has graduated from the Executive Leadership Program from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He is a certified professional from CIPD, KPI Institute, and IBM in areas including performance management, benchmarking, and enterprise design thinking.
