Teresa is the COO-CFO of IE University and the Non-Executive President of IE University Lifelong Learning unit.  Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for McGraw-Hill Education out of NYC with global responsibilities on defining the strategy for the digital transition of the publishing company.  Prior to MHE, Teresa was a partner with Bain & Company where she worked for circa 20 years, mostly in its Private Equity practice, She is currently a NED at several companies (listed and private). She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in finance and accounting from CUNEF (Madrid). Mother of three children in college age and an avid mountaineer.
