Dima Ikhwan is a strategic learning & development specialist who builds future-ready leaders through experiential learning, communication, and applied improvisation. 

She has designed and delivered national-level training programs in improvisation for the Saudi Ministry of Culture, and previously consulted for the Human Resource Development Fund, where she helped shape inclusive labor initiatives informed by workforce and unemployment data.

As part of In Conversation, Dima has trained hundreds of professionals in future-proof skills such as communication, collaboration, creativity, and leadership. She’s worked across sectors from luxury retail to global tech. Her clients include Cartier, Louis Vuitton, PepsiCo, and Tamimi Markets.

Dima is a director and trainer at Impro Teatro and a member of the International Theatresports Institute (ITI). She also collaborates with schools through Spears Theatre Arts to teach drama, improv, and public speaking to students of all ages.

A former consultant at KPMG, she studied Economics at Duke University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from UBT. She was previously named one of the world’s 100 most powerful Arab women by Arabian Business.
