Ahoud AlTuraier is a seasoned leader specializing in digital transformation, project governance, and eLearning, with over 14 years of progressive experience leading strategic initiatives within higher education and national transformation programs. She currently serves as Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) at Princess Nourah University, where she leads institutional project governance, portfolio and program management, and the implementation of standardized methodologies aligned with the university’s strategic objectives and Saudi Vision 2030. She also actively contributes to several institutional committees, including the Strategic Plans Committee and the Artificial Intelligence Strategy Committee, helping to align initiatives with university-wide goals.
Throughout her career, Ahoud has led large-scale, cross-functional initiatives spanning enterprise project management, organizational transformation, eLearning innovation, and women’s leadership development. Among her most notable achievements is leading a national Vision 2030 initiative that trained 1,700 women leaders across the public and private sectors. In this role, she coordinated inter-ministerial stakeholders, designed performance indicators, and measured impact and return on investment to ensure sustainability and policy alignment.
Ahoud holds a Master’s degree in Data Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Information Systems). She is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Project Management Office Certified Professional (PMI-PMOCP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI), and is also a certified trainer and an INSEAD Leadership Programme graduate. She has been part of the teams recognized with multiple awards, including the Blackboard Catalyst Award for Leading Change and the NELC eLearning Innovation.
