Session title: Test, Learn, Lead: Designing Your AI Starting Point
Where should you begin with AI in your organization? The options are vast, the pressure is real, and after a full day of insights, clarity can feel harder than ever. This session cuts through the noise.
In this highly interactive workshop, you will define a concrete, realistic first step for introducing or evolving AI in your context. You will shift into testing mode, identify a problem worth solving, map the allies you need, and design the experience you want stakeholders to have.
By the end, you will leave with a one-page action brief outlining your first move, your rationale, and peer feedback to strengthen it. You will also connect with others at a similar stage of the journey. Expect practical focus, candid discussion, and a fast-paced icebreaker that may challenge your Gen Z-language fluency.
