With a Master's degree in Law from Bocconi University and additional study through an LLM exchange program at King's College London, Francesco Pellò established a strong legal foundation, specializing in Employment Law and Industrial Relations. His expertise, built over years as an Employment Lawyer, focused on advising clients, often international, on all aspects of employment law, HR organization and managing complex industrial relations with local unions and employee representative bodies.
Francesco is now Market Consultant at Google. In this capacity, he provides essential legal and local context and manages relationships with labor bodies and authorities. His current focus and passion lie at the intersection of technology and labor: AI in employee experience and labor relations.
