Stefan is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of international experience gained in various roles and settings across large corporations (GE, RBI), joint ventures, start-ups, and international development organizations (World Bank). Based on deep functional expertise Stefan has a holistic grasp of the HR function and passionately advocates the positive value that sound HR practices can generate for organizations. 

Currently, Stefan heads the Learning, Development and Performance function at PrivatBank, Ukraine's largest bank, during the ongoing war.

Stefan holds a law degree from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and lives with his family in Vienna, Austria.
