Grant Calder is CEO of Flyt, a Stockholm-based SaaS coaching platform delivering management solutions for executive education, enterprises, and coaching organizations. He is also CEO of The Roll, an executive coaching and leadership consultancy, and serves as European Partner for Paragon Leadership International.

Grant is Head Coach at the Stockholm School of Economics, supporting EMBA, MSc Finance, and startup founder programs. He leads teams across software and coaching services, blending technology, operations, and leadership development to scale impact.

With experience coaching 1,000+ leaders across 50+ countries, Grant brings hands-on business expertise in P&L management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement into his work. His programs consistently achieve top evaluation scores.

Grant holds an EMBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and is certified in leading assessment tools. His mission is to help people and organizations realize their full potential. Grant enjoys watching UFC mixed martial arts on the weekends and “doing missions” with his 16 yr. old son Saturdays.
