Victor Remy is People Development Director at TheFork (a Tripadvisor company), where he leads all learning and development programs across 12 markets. With over 15 years of experience in leadership roles across Sales, Operations, and Human Resources, he has built and scaled people initiatives across international environments.

He teaches Strategic HR Management and Leadership Development at EADA Business School's MBA Program, and is currently developing GameChangerz — a consultancy exploring how AI-powered business simulations can close the gap between classroom learning and real executive performance.

Victor is also a TEDx licensee, having organized talks on technology, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. He holds a degree in Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and an Executive MBA from EADA Business School.
