Stephane Ruiz is a multilingual engineer with experience in international management, constantly seeking new challenges and collaborations.

Currently, he serves as the Director of the Malaga campus of ESSCA School of Management. ESSCA ranked 54th in the Financial Times 2023 ranking and offers international programs across 10 campuses: Angers, Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Aix-en-Provence, Strasbourg, Malaga, Luxembourg, Budapest, and Shanghai. ESSCA is among the top 1% of business schools worldwide, holding the prestigious triple crown accreditations: AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA.

Previously, Stephane co-led the activities of the Enterprise Europe Network in Andalucía and actively participated as co-chair of two thematic groups focused on scale-ups and access to finance. He also led a program designed to support potential scale-ups in Andalucía.

Stephane also enjoys lecturing in International Business and has collaborated with several business schools.
