Global Head of People Development
Andreas Laemmlein is Global Head of People Development at HARTMANN GROUP. He and his team drive HARTMANN Leadership Development, enable Succession and Talent Management, and foster Learning for all employees. Andreas believes strongly that in the end all business is about people. People make it happen and having the right people in the right places is essential for a sustainable business impact.
Andreas joined HARTMANN at the beginning of 2013. Prior to that, he worked within Human Resources in global companies such as Adidas Group, Infineon, and SIEMENS. Overall he has more than 18 years of work experience in HR. During his career he has worked in the areas of employer branding and talent acquisition, talent management, leadership, and employee and culture development. Andreas is married and has four children. He holds a business administration diploma from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Germany.
