Monika Steiner works as Programme Director, leading the Programme Management team and expansion business, and is responsible for developing new business by growing the existing client portfolio representing a wide variety of sectors worldwide and across all leadership levels.

Before joining CLA she worked as a Senior Programme Manager at IE Business School in charge of business development, organisation assessment, and the design and delivery of customised learning experiences for top global companies.  

Monika has studied and worked in multicultural environments in several countries and languages, acquiring strong communication skills, client focus, and high adaptation to change as well as a truly international perspective. She holds an MBA from IE Business School and is a native German and Italian speaker, fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
