Mukta is a Human Resources professional with 20 years of post-MBA experience in corporates in India, Hong Kong and Singapore. Her HR experience has been in various industries – Power, Agrotech, Financial Services, Media, and Advertising. At present, she is Head of HR for SEA and Regional Head of People and Talent Development Asia-Pacific in Société Générale, a French bank headquartered in Paris. Apart from her HR generalist role for SEA, she is also responsible for learning, development and talent management strategies for the group in Asia. She writes in her spare time and has so far had three books published – two on poetry and one on her impressions of Hong Kong.
