Jim is the Global Learning Technology Lead for EY global. In this role he is involved in the implementation of new learning technology such as new LMS, CMS, virtual classrooms, etc.

Jim has worked in several global functions at ING Bank. His functions included Director Talent Management (Early Career), Global Head of Professional Development, Head Commercial Banking Academy and Senior Manager Compliance.  Prior to ING Bank, he worked as Global Learning Solutions Manager at ABN AMRO Bank. Jim has also worked at Atos Origin, Comtech and the Royal Dutch Army.

He has an MSc Degree in  Learning Technology from University of Sheffield (UK) and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Arnhem/Nijmegen (Netherlands). He further holds a diploma in Business Management and Leadership from the Rotterdam School of Management. Jim is an International Certified Trainer (C.T.).

In his spare time he likes to run cross country, write articles for a Dutch magazine on learning and development (TvOO) and he is an amateur drummer.
