Michael does the defining, designing and implementation of learning experiences and training function infrastructure projects. He has led and performed in 70+ large training projects, working in 15+ countries with 40+ organisations, including Barclays, Shell, AXA, Philip Morris, Unilever, BAE Systems, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, VF Corp, DHL, EDF Energy and others.
Now working with Philip Morris International (PMI) since October 2018, Michael is part of the Leadership, Learning & Culture team responsible for new capabilities, ways of working and mindsets necessary for PMI’s ambitious change - replacing cigarettes with smoke-free products.
Michael is responsible for changes in the global learning function to free up vital resources to afford change and enable faster, better, cheaper and more sustainable learning solutions. Changing what the learning function does today to fuel what the organisation needs from learning next.
