Ginette has extensive experience in HR and corporate learning. She spent seven years in HR and L&D at Intel. At mutual fund LV=, Ginette created a strategy to accelerate the development of high potential individuals, reduced the reliance on classroom-based learning, and increased the use of independent development and coaching. Ginette also led the creation of LV=’s Leadership Academy. At the UK Royal National Lifeboat Institution, Ginette implemented a talent management strategy, introduced a coaching programme, and spearheaded blended learning initiatives which improved training programmes’ satisfaction metrics and impact.

Ginette leverages her experience at a range of organisations to help companies improve business outcomes through reflection, emotional intelligence, and self-led development.
