A veterinary surgeon by education, Delphine practised surgery and medicine for ten years, specialising in ethology and behavioural pathology. In 2002, she moved the focus of her career from the animal kingdom to humankind, receiving a degree in Social Psychology and Neuroscience before completing an MBA and certification in Emotional Intelligence. She completed her PhD at the Sorbonne on “Rational vs. Irrational, how companies make decisions in designating future leaders”. 

She is the head of faculty for Mazars University and the dean for the NextMBA. Her main focus is leader development through teaching, executive coaching, assessment centre management, and public appearances at conferences. She is also a member of several global committees on leadership such as the European Foundation for Management Development, the Peter Drucker challenge, and the CLIP accreditation committee.
