Nicholas Hamilton-Archer serves as the Executive Director of Executive Education within the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. Nicholas is tasked with driving innovation and growth within the unit’s non-degree open enrollment and custom programs, in addition to delivering programming for partner schools and faculty within the University. Prior to joining Carnegie Mellon, Nicholas served at the Executive Director for Executive Programs at the University of Colorado. Executive Programs included the Executive MBA program delivered jointly by each of the University of Colorado’s Business Schools (Boulder, Denver, and Colorado Springs) and the Executive MBA in Health Administration delivered through the University of Colorado Denver Business School. Nicholas previously served as the Director of Recruitment & Business Development for the Executive MBA Worldwide and the Center for Executive Education within the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and as the Director of Executive Programs within the School of Management at George Mason University. Nicholas has lived and worked in the United Arab Emirates and has extensive experience within the Middle East and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Asia-Pacific, and South Africa where he managed strategic initiatives and partnerships, including the creation of Advisory Boards within the region at various academic institutions. He has worked collaboratively with various government agencies, private businesses, as well as with senior level government officials. Nicholas has a Master’s of Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts (Cum Laude) degree in Government and International Politics from George Mason University.
