Thanks to her extensive experience in leading large engineering projects or strategic transformation initiatives, she is fully aware of the challenges that leaders have to face.

She builds leadership development offerings, leveraging a full range of learning approaches including elearning, instructor-led training, assessments, coaching, mentoring, peer coaching, codevelopment, serious gaming, learning expeditions...

 

She relentlessly promotes lifelong learning and she is a voracious reader. She authored several books, articles, poems or short stories. She also gives lectures on her areas of interest (leadership, soft skills, women in history...)
