Inke Daems studied industrial psychology and applied economics. She started her career as a recruiter for Pfizer. Five years later, she moved to AG Insurance where she became head of HR business partners and talent management.  In 2018 she started her own company, Squid Consultant, focusing on a human centered and evidence based talent approach for sustainable careers and flexible organisations.
