Samantha is responsible for advancing Citi’s strategic initiatives in support of global diversity and inclusion through partnerships with senior leaders for enhanced talent management, representation, engagement and business results. Samantha serves as the D&I Center of Excellence liaison enterprise-wide, applying D&I principles, practices and solutions to drive workplace inclusion, flexible work strategies, diverse talent processes and planning, development and communication. With over 20 years of experience and expertise in human resources and D&I strategies, Samantha has worked at top firms including Goldman Sachs, Facebook and Bloomberg. Samantha holds a MS in Human Resources Management from the New York Institute of Technology and received her BA in Psychology from Niagara University. Samantha is on the board of the Jeremiah Program.
