Trisha Fountain is the Managing Director of Open Enrollment and Digital Programs at the Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Education Program. She is responsible for the strategy, structure, management, and execution of all open enrollment and digital courses.

Trisha has dedicated her career to increasing education access and developing purposeful learning experiences. With more than a decade of leadership experience in higher education, Trisha brings a wealth of expertise in program and solution design, learning assessment, career development, and collaboration in complex organizations to her role. Prior to joining Michigan Ross, Trisha served as the Executive Director of Student Affairs at the University of Oklahoma’s College of Nursing, where she led the design and implementation of strategic education partnerships and an enrollment expansion that nearly doubled the number of nurses trained and retained by the institution each year during one of the greatest nursing shortages in history.

Trisha holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and is currently working toward a Ph.D. in the same discipline. Originally trained as an opera singer, Trisha draws from her artistic practice in her professional work by utilizing concepts from improvisation, artistic interpretation, and narrative research.
