Adam McGonigal is the Chief of Executive Officer of AirBusiness Academy. In this role he is responsible for ensuring that AirBusiness Academy delivers high-quality services that meet the needs of the aerospace sector, and leading a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to building long-lasting positive relationships with customers.

Before joining AirBusiness Academy, Adam held various senior leadership roles within HR, including Head of Talent Strategy, Head of Talent Technology and Head of Talent Management. Adam also spent a decade working with leading multinationals as a strategy consultant.

Adam holds a Master’s degree from Heriot-Watt University in Scotland, as well as a post-graduate certificate from Cornell University in the United States.

When he isn't working, Adam enjoys spending time with his two young children, climbing the mountains of France on his bike, and eating good chocolate.
