Nelly BERTRAND, a graduate of the French High school, Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d'Aérotechnique, began her career in 1992 as a mechanical engineer at the High Pressure Turbine Design Office for Aircraft engines of SNECMA Moteurs.

In 2005, she transitioned to the HR function and became responsible for employer branding at the newly merged Safran Group. She has established partnerships with High schools and universities, in France and abroad.

In 2008, she shifted her career towards skills management by taking on the role of training and workforce planning manager at Messier-Bugatti.

At the same time, she significantly contributed to the creation of Safran University, which she joined in 2012 to develop its management-training offer.

Since 2019, she has been leading the "Managerial and Digital Transformation" department at Safran University, where she designs training programs for managers and executives of the Group.
