Simona Tiplea is Vice President People and Organization (P&O) for Mars Pet Nutrition Europe, based in London, responsible for overseeing 5,000 Associates across Europe and partnering closely with the business to drive growth, empowering people and building an agile and engaging culture.

Prior to that she has held executive HR and business operational roles with Xerox, Coca Cola Hellenic and Johnson Matthey. Simona is known for leading enterprise-wide, CEO-sponsored growth initiatives and their integration into HR’s vision, mission, and business practices. She has a proven track record of designing and executing major organizational and cultural transformations.

Simona is passionate about helping people and organizations grow and creating a healthy and energizing environment.

Simona holds an executive MBA, she is a Six Sigma Black Belt, and attended an executive HR program with Harvard.

When she’s not working, Simona is an Argentine tango and skiing enthusiast and enjoys cooking.
