Jim has worked in several global functions at EY, ING Bank, ABN AMRO Bank and Atos consulting. His functions have included Director of Talent Management (Early Career), Global Head of Professional Development, Head of Commercial Banking Academy and Global Learning Technology Leader.

Jim has an MSc in  Learning Technology from the University of Sheffield (UK) and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Arnhem/Nijmegen (Netherlands). He also holds a diploma in Business Management and Leadership from the Rotterdam School of Management, and is an International Certified Trainer (C.T.). In his spare time he likes to play drums and run cross country.
