Katarina Roder is Head of People Development & Culture at ÖBB Infrastruktur AG, overseeing initiatives for approximately 19,000 employees. She brings extensive experience in Learning & Development, organizational and leadership development, and talent acquisition, gained through roles at institutions such as WU Executive Academy, BRZ, and Danube University Krems.

Katarina holds degrees in Business Education and Psychology, and has deepened her expertise in digital transformation, including formal training in Data Science. Her key areas of focus include sustainable development management and work & organizational psychology.

In addition to her multi-year leadership experience, Katarina is passionate about driving Diversity & Inclusion, shaping the Digital Employee Experience, and empowering organizations through innovation and transformation.
