Viren Lall is a past business transformation leader, adjunct professor, and executive education expert with a strong track record in leadership development, change and innovation, and organisational behaviour. He is the managing director of ChangeSchool London Ltd.

Viren has co-delivered with and coached the UK’s top business schools on executive education pedagogy. He runs the professional development for the Leaders in Innovation Fellowship programme for the Royal Academy of Engineering. He has delivered leadership programmes across five GCC countries through the UK Cabinet Office GREAT campaign and co-delivered Oman’s Ministry of Higher Education Certified Entrepreneurship Educators Programme, partnering with faculty from LBS and NUS.

ChangeSchool is the consortium partner with King’s Business School in the UK on leadership programmes for Education and Training Foundation, achieving the highest Net Promoter Scores. They worked on the King’s program for Egyptian civil servants, which won the EFMD Silver Award for Talent in 2023. ChangeSchool has delivered executive training in 39 countries, including programmes for UBS, Vodafone, and Lloyd’s of London in the UK>

Viren holds an Executive MBA with Distinction from London Business School and an MSc in Advanced Computing with Distinction from King’s College London. He is a visiting faculty member at King’s Business School and teaches executive education. He has also taught at London Business School (LBS) and the Indian School of Business (ISB).
