Born and raised in Belgium, Fanny graduated in Applied Economics and began her career as an external auditor. For nearly 15 years, she worked as a management consultant on numerous international assignments around the globe, covering a wide range of HR topics in various industries as well as the public sector. In 2010, Fanny joined BASF and took on several roles in Recruiting, Talent Management, and Communication at site, regional and global levels. Today, she is the Global HR Manager for the R&D and Regulatory unit of the Agricultural Solutions division at BASF.

Outside of work, she is a passionate cyclist and runner, and a member of a choir. She also has a deep appreciation for art, with a particular interest in Bauhaus and modernism.
